Returns must be made within 30 days in original condition for store credit.  Store credit does not expire.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Email artisansway@verizon.net if you would like to return or exchange an item.  In case of damage or defect of product upon receipt, please email artisansway@verizon.net within 14 days for repair or replacement.

Standard shipping via USPS or other carrier. Will ship within two business days. Shipping cost determined by size and weight of item.  Store curbside pickup is available free of charge.  Contact us directly (978-369-4400) for expedited shipping or to schedule curbside pickup.
